When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. Please contact us on Phone: (056) 774 0993 or by email at email@example.com if you would like to return your purchase.
Note: Products should be returned in original, unopened packaging.
Please enclose the invoice or a note giving your name, address, contact phone number and order number (from confirmation email). Refunds will be made in accordance with your original method of payment and will be made without undue delay.
If a product is damaged or faulty please contact us on Phone: (056) 774 0993 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org Mon-Fri 10am-6pm GMT, and we will organise a replacement or refund. Please report any breakages or damage within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please send these products back to us within 14 working days of receiving them and we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. We will also refund your postage costs for sending these items back to us.
Postage on returned goods will be borne by you, unless we were at fault.

We recommend that customers get a “proof of posting certificate” from your postal service provider when sending a package back to us. Returned parcels are your responsibility until they arrive safely with us.

The online purchase receipt and I.D MUST be presented at the time of exchange at Kilkenny Salt Therapy.
If a 3rd party is picking up the item, their full name must be written in the comment box.
